I was just reading through my relative's blog.
Realized how important it is to bring up a child in a loving condition from young.
By the time the child matures, he/she would already be filled with so much hate and hurt.
They constantly feel as if the world is against them.
They lose the inner beauty of a person and become a hard hearted and extremely unhappy person.
If only the people around her would realize it.
I guess christmas is a good time to pray and hope that one day, she'll open her eyes and be a better person.

I still remember, on my way back to Singapore, there was a mother and two children.
The daughter just asked her mother a question and her mother just brushed her aside and told her to shut up.
*Ouch*...
So what is good parenting?
Discipline? Communication? Spoiling?
I can't stand those who just gives in to their children all the time regardless of whether they are right or wrong.
It's even worse when they don't correct their children.
Especially when they are so young and impressionable.
I strongly feel what I am today, was because of how my parents brought me up.
It starts from the very beginning.
It is hard/impossible to implement corrective actions when the child is already in their teens.

Hopefully this Christmas, there would be more love and less hurt in the world! *~
